The members of the Board
The members who form the Consortium’s Board of Directors are:

Gabriella Kemeny
Central European University, Hungary (Chair)
Gabriella is Director of Human Resources at Central European University (CEU) in Budapest and has been involved with the RESAVER Project since 2011. (CEU is a research-intensive university, accredited both in Hungary and in the U.S., and among the top tier of universities successful in applying for EU research grants in the field of Social Sciences.)
In her capacity as Director of Human Resources, Gabriella is familiar with the challenges of ensuring fair treatment – such as offering a competitive pension plan – to mobile employees. and spearheaded the introduction and implementation of the CEU Supplementary Pension Plan.
Before joining CEU as Director of Human Resources in 2008, Gabriella served as the Director of Tempus Public Foundation (TPF) for 10 years. The Foundation managed grant schemes funded by the European Union open to all levels and forms of education, vocational training and research, acting as a catalyst to knowledge flow on policies related to education, training and research. Releasing the barriers of international mobility, just as monitoring and analyzing its benefits and challenges, was a core element of TPF’s activities, During these years she became passionate about international cooperation and higher education policy.
She earned her MA in English and French Philology at the University of Szeged. She also holds an MA in management with a specialization in Human Resources Management form the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
Gabriella is the Chair of the Board of the RESAVER Consortium.

Andrea Crivelli
Independent consultant
Andrea graduated in Law and has 40 years’ experience in HR, with a focus on international mobility. He has managed international HR for ILVA group, collaborated with ECA International, a leading consultancy company on international mobility, and was HR Manager at Elettra Sincrotrone Trieste.
Andrea is now a Senior Consultant in the field of international mobility, especially for researchers, and was on the committee that fixed the management criteria for HR mobility for several major Italian companies. He contributed to the law on entry visas for non-EU researchers.

Lina Donnarumma
Fondazione Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia
Lina graduated in Economy from the University of Napoli “Federico II” and she is qualified to practice as professional auditor and employment counselor in Italy.
Since 2008 she has been working as Human Resources and Organization Manager at Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia which works to promote Italy’s development in the research of science and technology.
Before 2008 she worked as professional auditor and employment counselor and she has 20 years of experience as advisor.
Lina is Member of the Board of Directors of the RESAVER Consortium.
