RESAVER, a pan-European supplementary occupational pension fund for mobile researchers, seeks a B2B marketing agency to support the launch of its RESAVER GO pension plan across Europe in early 2026. Managed by the RESAVER Pension Fund, the plan fills pension gaps for researchers not covered by existing schemes — including those on short-term, international or startup contracts.

We invite agencies with B2B experience in finance, higher education or research to deliver a multilingual campaign targeting HR, finance and strategic decision-makers in Spain, France, Belgium, Czech Republic, Italy, and Austria.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

RESAVER Pension Fund is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Role: The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the operative management and administrative functions of the pension fund, fulfilled by senior employees and third-party providers. This executive role ensures the organisation's investment, budget management, risk management and customer service strategies are implemented effectively and in line with fiduciary and regulatory responsibilities. The COO will collaborate closely with senior managers of RESAVER, members of the Daily Management Committee and the Board of Directors to drive operational excellence, compliance and long-term financial sustainability.
